LOCAL ICONS
EVERYTHINGS GONE GREEN
A collection of new works in verdant colours, showcasing local artists.
2023 SUMMER SALON
A sensational salon collection to end the year until end of holidays.
WHO WOULD HAVE THOUGHT
My work expresses a deep inner peace I feel when outdoors and in nature.. from the rich red earth in autumn and the tang of spring, to the crisp apple coldness of winter and the ochre glow of a lingering summer sunset.
GRATITUDE
Depictions of Australian native flora and fauna in fine details and soft hues, my work conveys my gratitude for the beauty of nature.
FIELDS
With light and impermanence as my primary focus, I am pushing pigments to create immersive large abstract fields of colour. These atmospheric events constantly bring a sense of infinity and limitlessness to both expand and contract my notion of space.
INCLEMENT
I hope to plunge the viewer
into vast and boundless landscape
scenes, often portraying inclement weather with a cloudy softness. These works are my observations of seasonal moments in time
COLOURS OF MUSIC
I invite people to ‘see what they hear’ and ‘hear what they see’, to feel the energy of music and gain a glimpse into the mind of a music-colour synesthete.
FOREST BATHING
Saturated colours and textural layers connect us to familiar local landscapes. These paintings reveal the artists own reflections of her immersions in nature.
LUSH
As my visual language evolves,
this landscape series combines vivid colour and more restrained detail.
Sherbrooke forest scenes on small panels capture the play of light and tone inside the canopy.
UNFRAMED
Etchings, Linocuts and Screenprints, this is a showcase of 3 local printmakers - artists Brenda Page, Chris Lawry and Lana DeJager. These editions on paper display their individual processes of traditional printmaking.
